This is a cop out -- it is your game and you contracted with them to sell it. I get no answer from them and cannot play this game no matter what I try, I have asked for my money back and get no response.

Beware -- there seems to be no end to the bugs and no apparent recourse. A big waste of money

Do you have a problem to activate the game?
Did you receive the email with your activation code sent by Metaboli GamesPlanet online shop?

I received the unlock keys -- what I am not getting is MY MONEY back. I love this series, but I will not buy anything from your studio again. I have tried everything to get this to work, but this game does not work period. And we all know, word of mouth is key to the success of a game. I have never had this much trouble in getting a refund -- I think my next step is to dispute the charge with my credit company

1. Click Start then Run or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Run window and press Enter key.

WINDOWS VISTA/WINDOWS 7
1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

System tab: Windows version, processor model and the amount of RAM memory.
Display tab: name of the graphics controller and the driver date.
Audio tab: name of the audio controller and the driver date.

Please update the drivers of your NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS graphics controller:

1. Click http://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/1 ... l_whql.exe
2. Save 196.21_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_international_whql.exe application file on the hard disk.
3. Once download done, run 196.21_desktop_win7_winvista_32bit_international_whql.exe and follow the instructions.

I am very sorry but the informations about your audio controller are missing.
