hi there ..
this is the 3rd time i am writing and still no reply ..
i have played runaway 1 and 2 problem free but 3 just doesn't work !!!
when i run it a window appears that says we encountered a problem and we need to close b4 even the logo appears !
tried it on 2 pcs
one of them is dell 1525 inspiron and my video card is mobile intel (R) 965 express chipset family .. plz help !

I need the following informations:

WINDOWS XP
1. Click Start then Run or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Run window and press Enter key.

WINDOWS VISTA/WINDOWS 7
1. Click Windows Start button or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type DXDIAG in the Search bar (bottom left) or in Run window and press Enter key.

System tab: Windows version, processor model and the amount of RAM memory.
Display tab: the driver date of the Intel 965 graphics controller.
Audio tab: name of the audio controller and the driver date.

microsoft windows xp professional (5.1 , build 2600)
intel (R) core(TM) 2 DUO CPU T8300 @ 2.40 GHZ (2 CPUs)
memory : 3574 MB RAM
driver date :5/16/2007
audio controller : sigma tel audio
date : 5/7/2007

The display driver is too old (year 2007).

Please update the drivers of your INTEL 965 graphics controller:

1. Click http://downloadmirror.intel.com/17115/a ... p14364.exe
2. Save win2k_xp14364.exe application file on the hard disk.
3. Once download done, run win2k_xp14364.exe and follow the instructions.

The reference drivers that are provided by INTEL can be not compatible with your laptop computer.
To locate the latest compatible display drivers for your INTEL mobile graphics controller, please visit your laptop manufacturer's website:

1. Click http://support.dell.com/
2. Click 'I'm looking for drivers and downloads' button.
3. Follow the instructions.

hey again .. well it turned out that the DVD i bought was faulty and when i bought a new one it ran instantly without any problem ... BUT the game crashed in chapter 3 when i try to go to the front porch !!!! and when i try to run the patch it says that the game is not installed on the pc although it is installed ! plz help me ! what should i do ?

A computer diagnosis is necessary:

1. Click Start then Run or press Windows and R keys.
2. Type MSINFO32 in the Open box then click OK.
3. Click File then Export.
4. Enter a file name and click Save button.
5. Save the text file somewhere convenient like the Desktop (you have to be able to find it).
